ANSA Motorsports drivers Ernie Francis, Jr. and car owner, Eric Johnson, co-driving the No. 4 AUDI R8 LMS won the MP-1a class of the four-hour FARA Homestead 500 at Homestead Miami Speedway. Despite leading the race overall for a while, Francis, Jr. and Johnson finished second overall behind the unbeatable winning Daytona Prototype of Hubbelli and Curran.
ANSA Motorsports' second AUDI R8 LMS co-driven by car owner Chris Fountas and Angel Benitez, Jr. finished second in the MP-1a class and third overall in the FARA endurance race. Two cars on the overall race podium is a great accomplishment for the local Miami Gardens racing team.
Ken Bains driving his Honda Civic prepared by ANSA Motorsports finished second in the MP-4a class and was the third team car to score a podium finish for ANSA Motorsports in the FARA Homestead 500 race.
Ernie Francis, Jr. driving the No. 4 ANSA Motorsports Audi R8 LMS owned by Eric Johnson, won the MP-1a class of all the sprint races organized by FARA USA on Saturday and Sunday at Homestead Miami Speedway.
Ludovico Manfredi and Patrick Otto Madsen driving the ANSA Motorsports Porsche GT3 Cup also raced in the sprint races on Saturday and Sunday. Madsen finished second in his class last night and third overall.
