Taittinger and Kraihamer raced for the first time yesterday at Homestead Miami Speedway. Kraihamer competed in the sprint race 1 and finished second in her class. Immediately after, Taittinger did the same and finished second too in the 30-minute sprint race 2.

"We are so happy that Ines and Laura scored their first podium in the USA with ANSA Motorsports," team owner, Alain Nadal said. "Laura and Ines adapted quite rapidly to the track and the car. We are looking forward to today's race and are hoping for another podium finish for our two young women racing Stars. We also have our two AUDI R8 LMS and yesterday, Ernie Francis Jr. did an amazing job. He won both sprint races. Today Francis Jr. will share the car with Eric Johnson and they are the number one winning contender in their class. Our 2016 Pirelli World Challenge Champion, Brett Sandberg will also compete in the big race with Chris Fountas and with our three cars, we are hoping for three podium finishes."
